Found — a finder (Flash / Max) logged it as a candidate. Not verified or queued yet.
In review — it's a suggestion sitting in the review queue for you to approve or reject. This is where Flash's events wait until you publish them — unless a trusted source auto-published them straight to Live.
Live — published and showing on the public board.
Archived — was live; its date has passed.
Rejected · Expired · Dropped · Held — not published: you rejected it, it aged out, it was discarded, or it needs a manual check.
